Beyond Organic.
Beyond Labels.
Built on Proof.
Our standards weren't bought — they were built, proven, and opened to scrutiny.
OUR INTERNAL PROTOCOL
The HillWater Standard
Six non-negotiable rules that define our commitment to absolute purity. Scroll to explore each one.

No Urea, No DAP
Only Gir cow compost and fermented Jeevamrut nourish our soil.
Unlike standard organic farming that may use organically-approved fertilizers, we rely exclusively on our closed-loop farm ecosystem. Our own Gir cow dung is composted and enriched into Jeevamrut, creating a living soil teeming with microbes. This ensures every plant is fed naturally, without any external inputs, leading to nutrient-dense produce.
Forest-Fed Irrigation
Hill water untouched by industrial or agricultural runoff.
Our water is sourced from the surrounding hill forests, naturally filtered and free from the contaminants often found in canal or deep ground water. This pristine water source is critical, as it prevents heavy metals and chemical residues from ever entering our soil or plants, a guarantee that goes far beyond typical water testing.
Native Seeds
Traditional, untreated, non-GMO heirloom varieties only.
We exclusively use native, heirloom seeds that are adapted to our local climate and soil. These seeds have not been genetically modified or treated with chemicals. This practice preserves biodiversity and ensures our food is as close to its natural state as possible, retaining its original nutritional profile and flavor.
In-House Processing Only
Nothing is outsourced. Every step is traceable and under our control.
From harvesting to churning, grinding, and packing, every action is performed by our own team on our own farm. There are no third-party facilities, co-packers, or outside contractors. This gives us complete control over hygiene, methods, and quality, eliminating any risk of cross-contamination or adulteration.
Plastic-Free Contact
We use glass jars and kraft paper. Your food never touches plastic.
We are adamant about preventing plastic leaching. All our products are packed in inert materials like glass jars and high-grade kraft paper. This commitment extends to our entire storage and processing line, ensuring no plastic comes into contact with your food at any stage, protecting you from endocrine disruptors like BPA and phthalates.
Daily Hygiene Checks
Farm-to-jar hygiene is verified and documented for every single batch.
Our founder personally oversees a rigorous daily hygiene protocol. Every piece of equipment, every container, and every surface is checked and verified before a batch is processed. These checks are documented and tied to the batch ID, ensuring a level of sanitation that is verifiable and absolute.
